Is Southchase part of Hunters Creek in Orlando Florida?
I read somewhere that Hunters Creek is over all the surrounding sub-divisions.

I am not sure if this is right or not…
Southchase is about one mile north of Hunter’s Creek and is not part of it. HC has many gated and non-gated communities with different, but I don’t reckon all that you listed are necessarily part of HC, just close. Falcon Trace is across the street from HC, but a separate subdivision.
Meadow Woods is much older and to the east, and Deerfield is just north of HC.
