Is the water clear blue in Puerto Plata D.R.?
I like Punta Cana and the clear blue water. After all I travel to these beaches for the beauty. I have been to Puerto Plata once a few years back to the RIU resort. The water was not as nice as Punta Cana if I remember clearly. We are looking to go to Blue bay villas doradas resort in Puerto Plata. Has anyone been there? What can I expect from the beach/water?
The water is the same it’s just that the sand in Puerto Plata is not as nice as in the south. But I liked swimming at Sosua Beach which is an experience in itself.
